Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital products, also known as instant downloads, are created by me, Kelly Holmes. I stand behind my products 100 percent. If you aren’t completely satisfied within the first 30 days of purchasing an e-book or another digital product on my site, just contact me here to let me know why it wasn’t a good fit for you. I’ll refund your purchase, no questions asked.
Physical Products Shipped to You
In my shop, I also sell physical products that my family has personally used and loved. However, those physical products were not created or manufactured by me because I’m just a mom cleaning up LEGOs on my living room floor what feels like 27 times a day. But because those products are made by another company, if you’re unsatisfied with your order, our next steps will be different depending on your exact situation.
Please check the following list for the explanation that best describes your situation:
- If your order was damaged in transit, please contact me within five days of receiving the order so that I can send a replacement and also begin the claim process with the shipping company. I may request that you send photos of the damaged shipping materials and also of the damage to the product itself. The shipping company may also require you to surrender the damaged item(s).
- If a game has a missing component or defect, the game manufacturer will need to be contacted to get replacements. I do not have replacements for individual game pieces. Please contact me, and I will help you reach out to the game manufacturer.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order for another reason, please contact me to let me know what the issue is.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all returned items must be in original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Any return or exchange request must be initiated within two weeks (14 days) of purchase, and returned item(s) must be postmarked within one week (7 days) of initiating the return or exchange request. (Holiday exception: For items purchased between November 15 and December 31, you can initiate a return or exchange request up until January 15.)
Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s) only; shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase and to the original purchaser only. Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
